MR. WONG KWONG MIU, Chairman of Centralcon Properties, first established Centralcon Group Company Limited in 1993. Quickly earning the name of "Shenzhen Land Tycoon," Mr. Wong sought to extend his footprint into the regional and overseas property market, and thereafter founded Centralcon Properties in Hong Kong in 2015. Acting as its sole owner, he operates with a vision of "mutual trust, co-creation, and forsight," which has allowed him to create an integrated, countrywide business. 

Having solidified his place in the industry, Mr. Wong also devotes his time to charity. He highly values corporate social responsibility, and has donated almost 200 million RMB throughout the span of his career.

Mr. Wong looks to develop Centralcon Properties into a beacon of property investment in the Asia market and beyond.
