MR. CHAN CHI HING DENNY joined Centralcon Properties in 2016 as its CEO. Having prior served in both CEO and Executive Director positions at a number of listed companies, Mr. Chan has an abundance of experience in both property and hotel investment, and the execution of construction projects. Additionally, with his experience as an audit manager in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and with over 10 years of auditing experience, Mr. Chan has an acute understanding of Hong Kong's financial markets.

Mr. Chan is responsible for Centralcon Properties' planning and development of investment in Hong Kong and overseas. He will also lead the strategic planning for the sales and marketing team to promote the projects in both Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Chan currently holds an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management, and a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
